This page covers the terms for using Surdio, including how billing, access, and refunds work. It also includes our Refund & Cancellation Policy — we haven't split it into a separate page since it's short enough to read in one place. For how we handle your data specifically, see our Privacy page.
Surdio is an AI Founding Partner that walks you through the BUILD framework — a structured, sequential process for taking a business idea from brainstorm to launch. Phase 1 is free on every idea. Later phases are unlocked individually or as a bundle — see our Pricing page for current prices, which we may update from time to time (a price change never affects a phase you've already unlocked).
Payments are processed by Razorpay, in Indian Rupees. We don't store your card details ourselves — Razorpay handles that. Unlocking a phase gives you access to that phase's AI conversation and generated content immediately, for the idea you unlocked it on.
Access to an unlocked phase is permanent under these Terms — we don't currently time-limit it. That said, we may introduce time-limited access to unlocked phases in the future; if we ever do, we'll give advance notice before it applies to anything you've already purchased, not apply it retroactively without warning.
Because unlocking a phase gives you full, immediate access to real content and AI conversation, purchases are generally non-refundable once a phase is unlocked. The one exception: if you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a payment that succeeded but failed to actually unlock the phase due to a technical fault on our end — we'll refund it in full.

Surdio's guidance, documents, and conversations are generated to help you think through your idea — they're a tool, not professional legal, financial, or business advice, and not a guarantee of any business outcome. You're responsible for the decisions you make about your own business.
The BUILD framework's methodology and Surdio's step-by-step instructions to the AI are our proprietary content. Please don't attempt to extract, copy, or reverse engineer them.
You can stop using Surdio at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. If your account is closed, we handle your data the way our Privacy page describes — access you've already paid for isn't retroactively refunded just because an account is closed, except where required by law.
Surdio is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us for the idea in question over the preceding 12 months.
